We thought that the following notes may be of use:
1) If you have never used the site before, you will be prompted to register an email address. DON'T try to put in a password at this stage or the page will simply refresh (and there's a box for you to put in a password which is confusing!). Just put in your email address and the click "Continue".
2) When you have finished your purchase, you will be left on the Pooley's site, not the "Nearlyheaven" site. This is why we open the shop in a separate window. Just close it to continue browsing around Nearlyheaven.
